What are Timeshares?

 Timeshare Ownership is the purchase and ownership of a physical unit of property for a specific time length.  The one time purchase price for a unit gives you indefinite ownership, which is transferable and sellable. 

Usually the time length is one week.  Other people own the same property at other times.  You may own more than one week, or own more than one physical unit. 

Normally timeshare unit weeks start on one of three days and last seven days.  Our ownership starts on Saturday and runs until the next Saturday. 

The physical units vary by the size of the unit and the number and type of beds.  Our property has five bedrooms.  Each bedroom is assigned a letter for clarity of ownership.
